It is normal for some irregularities to occur during the first year of home ownership, and we are committed to dealing with these matters in a prompt manner. Typically we recommend reviewing items that may be caused by settlement at the end of the first year of ownership to ensure your continued satisfaction. Once you are a client, you remain one!
